A complementary duo
Ana holds a specialized Master’s degree in Business & Marketing from the prestigious KU Leuven University in Belgium. She began her career at Weber Shandwick, working across communication and digital marketing teams, before choosing to build her own path. She quickly started supporting brands in accelerating their digital growth. The tech-savvy, growth-driven half of the duo, Ana has a long-standing passion for growth marketing and acquisition strategies. From the age of 18, she launched and scaled several e-commerce brands, developing them organically and virally through sharp marketing intuition. Tina spent several years at McKinsey & Company in London before turning her business expertise toward her own entrepreneurial vision. In 2020, she founded Cajou, a brand that experienced rapid and sustained growth. As she was increasingly sought after to share her experience and advise other entrepreneurs, she realized that strategy and transmission are central to her DNA. In 2024, she joined forces with Ana to co-found WAY, a digital marketing agency where she now brings her strategic expertise to brands, helping them structure, grow, and scale with clarity and ambition.
